De-jaj mesh-wee ~ Barbecued ChickenServes 4
A very light dish and easy to prepare, mesh-wees (barbecues) are
usually made in the evenings and eaten with bread, but on the
odd occasion, may be served at lunch time, particularly if guests
are expected.
1 chicken cut into 4 pieces Marinate chicken overnight. Arrange on skewers and place on hot barbecue with any remaining marinade. Baste with a little samen. Turn every 10 minutes, basting with more samen if required and marinade.
