Ya-reesh~ FIsh Cooked with Cracked WheatServes 6-8
This is a very odd combination which turnes out to be one of the most
delicious dishes I know.
2 cups cracked wheat
Soak cracked wheat in water for two hours. Make a portion of saloona with
hammour using only 4 1/2 cups of water. WHen the hammour is done, fillet,
remove skin and put back in saloona. Bring the saloona to boiling stage
and add the cracked wheat.
